Directions 
- Get to the US 68, US 40, and SR 4 interchange west of Springfield. You could go north on US 68 or take I675 north to I70 east to SR 4.
- From there take US 40 east toward downtown Springfield.
- Follow US 40 East for approximately 2 miles (4th traffic light) to Plum St.
- Turn left onto Plum (going north) and travel approximately 0.6 miles to Bill Edwards Dr.
- Turn right on Bill Edwards Dr. Bill Edwards Dr. will go up a hill and turn to the left. The HPERC building will be on your left.
