Meet Information

Warm Up Times Wayne Wahoos 5:00 - 5:30 PM
Visiting Team 5:30 - 6:00 PM
Meet Start 6:00 PM
Pool 25 meter, 4 lane
Lanes Visiting team lanes are 2 and 4. Home Team lanes are 1 and 3.
Relay Starts For all 100 meter relays, swimmers 2 and 4 must start in the water.
Exhibitions

The number of exhibition heats are as follows:

  • 2 in Free and Back
  • 1 in Breast and Fly
  • None for IMs or Relays
Scoring We are now using HY-TEK Meet Manager for our meets. Other teams using HY-TEK, please provide your entries on disk prior to the start of your warm ups. Teams not using HY-TEK, please e-mail a complete copy of your roster to the team rep at least one day prior to the meet. If this is not possible, please provide it at least one hour prior to the start of the meet.
Awards Ribbons for first, second, and third places in individual events. Ribbons for first and second place relay teams.

Workers The visiting team shall provide the following:
  • 2 Stroke & Turn Judges
  • 2 Timers
  • 1 Place Judge
Concession We have a grill, snacks, fresh fruits and vegetables and homemade baked goods.
Facilities The baby pool is closed during meets.  There are a limited number of chairs--you may want to bring own.  We have a small parking lot. Be prepared to park on Powell Road and side streets adjacent to pool.
